
I had to use the scaling on Win7 to get a proper fit. Is that AMD Radeon? Is your Westinghouse TV HDMI interface? If so, can you verify that you have driver ver 8.970.100.9001? You can go to the device manager and open Display adapters and right click on “ATI Radeon HD 4600 Series” and the Driver tab. If you have driver 8.970.100.9001 you should be able to find something called scaling level as follows: That should open a window like I attached below where you can see what driver ver is installed.

Enter a number different that the default (usually 100) and see if it overcans or underscans the image past the screen perimeter.Is this for your HP Pavillion laptop?
